Yes. Indeed Obama is in an iron cage. Let's ask how can we get out of this vicious circle ? There is at least one solution: the revolutions in arab & islamic world must succeed and give birth to democracy, justice & dignity to all. And then Obama can use this immerging regional powers as Turkey to negociate a viable palestinian state based on pre-1967 borders. May be Obama lacks of courage but I believe he is gifted with a sharp & subtle intelligence to see that the only way to protect the interests of his own citizens is to bring peace in occupied Palestine.

Yes Obama is the right target. He is a man without a conscience and so would rather get a second term in office than using force if necessary to make Israel respect all the UN resolutions go back to the 1967 borders disarm them etc. His personal ambitions are worthier than Peace. He should just shut it up. Now I think it's high time to stop talking about a 2 states solution. Israel killed this option a long time ago. So a one state solution anybody? Yes indeed a Palestian State. And it will be to the People of Palestine to decide whether they allow the Israelis to stay or pack up and leave. Now if I were a Palestinian I would not allow anyone of them to remain their minds are beyond repair, redemption. No I would not want to have these war criminals who went to picnic watching the slaughter of innocent people remain in my country, no I would not want to see these children writting messages on bombs to remain in my country. Peace will prevail in the Middle East only when the last israeli will have left Palestine.

You have hit the nail on it's head as usual. A movement against the Pork Barrel lobby system would be a counter to the Corporatist Tea Party System. Corporatism & Zionism after all have the same sponsors by and large.

Very clear article reflecting what democracy means in the US. The lobby will block any attempt to change the law which must be done by American public in order to expose what US democracy means and that is to serve American public and its image internationally and not to be subservient to any foreign power.

I suggest that never in history have external powers been able to force internal parties to arrive at peace; Northern Ireland being an excellent example. But certainly external powers can cause great discomfort to two parties who refuse to do what is necessary to achieve peace. The Palestinians have not yet matured to where the majority actively want freedom; that desire being, I propose, the underlying basis for the Arab Spring. Once the Palestinians achieve sufficient maturity that a substantial minority want freedom, they will elect leaders who are rational, non-corrupt and non-violent; and begin tactics that will eventually bring all the world's country's to their side. At the same time, Israel being founded on a nationalism; which stems from the nationalism movement of the late 19th century, which in every case where it was activated ended in fascism; is becoming more and more fascist. And because the underlying motivation for Zionism was false, there is little to no internal character in Zionists, and they will unavoidably move toward more and more viscous actions, eventually causing a total world revulsion. Once, like with South Africa, there is an international boycott, Israel will not long afterwards sue for peace.

As an example, I suggest that the failure of wwi to produce a viable League of Nations, whereas wwii produced the viable UN, was because the world had to experience the horrors of wwii, before most begin to realize that nationalism was not viable. So throughout the history of the world, humans don't wake up to the need for change, except of extreme pain. So it is with Israel and Palestine.

As to our stable of prostitutes occupying the capital in Washington, D.C., I suggest their real paymasters are international corporations who believe much more profit comes from the ME with the chaos that arises from Zionism, and don't mind at all AIPAC being seen as the culprit. As soon as enough Arab countries bring the Arab Spring into practical action, those corporations will realize that the significant lessening of expenses, because there is much less corruption and cronyism, and give up needing Zionism to exist, and soon afterwards AIPAC will discover to its amazement few people follow their bidding.
